Designables - There are SO MANY different ways to alter these embellishments. Because they are made from chipboard you can utilize all of the obvious techniques: paints, aging ink, chalk, metallic rub-ons, stamping and paper overlays. It is created with pre-cut holes to fit eyelets, and eyelets are a natural choice because of the design; however, one could AND SHOULD also use brads, stitching, French knots, rhinestones, gems, ribbons and paper backing. When you consider combining any one of the many altering techniques with any one of the many embellishment insertions, the possibilities are limitless!  You can alter Designables to fit a variety of styles including: basic, formal, country, shabby-chic, elegant and flashy!
